Mission & Purpose

Mulmangcho Open School provides learning opportunities to North Korean refugees by inviting experts to give lectures on various topics. The programs assist in the refugee resettlement process and aim to empower democratic citizenship.

  • 30 students per class
  • Scholarship opportunities for graduates of the program
  • No participation fee
